1. How do I contact Nallio?

2. How do I create a Nallio account?

On any page within Nallio, click the icon at the top right corner of the page. Simply enter your email address and the required information on the following form. When you are finished, click “Register” to create a Nallio account and enter the verification code received by email.

By signing into your Nallio account, you can:
• Track your orders;
• Change your account information;
• Change your password;
• Save multiple addresses;
• Create and share your wishlist.

 

3. How do I access my Nallio account?

To access your account, enter your email and Nallio password into the “Log In” window. You may have to authenticate by email.

 

4. What should I do if I forget my password?

Please click the Forgot Password link. If your email is linked to a Nallio account, you will automatically receive an e-mail prompting you to create a new password. You can then use the new Nallio account login information to access your account.

 

5. Where does Nallio deliver?

Nallio ships to U.S. addresses only. Currently, we cannot ship to the U.S. territories. Please contact support at support@shopnail.io if you have any questions

 

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We apologize, but we are unable to allow any shipping address changes once an order is placed.

 

7. How do I order Nallio online?

To order Nallio online: After selecting the product you wish to order through the nallio.com, please click “Add to Cart” and indicate your desired quantity. You may at any time view and/or edit the contents of your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon found in the top right corner of all pages on the website. By clicking “View Cart,” you will be able to validate or edit your cart and then proceed to check out. Once your payment has been made, a thank-you page will appear with your order number indicating that your order has been received. A confirmation will also be sent to you by e-mail.


8. What are my payment options? Can I pay with an international credit card?

The following payment methods are not accepted: CODs, personal checks, money orders and international credit cards from countries not listed above.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment, except for international credit cards. Nallio reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

9. Can I change my credit card after placing an order?

We apologize, but we are unable to allow changes to credit card information once an order is placed.

10. Which methods are used to ensure secure payment?

Payments are made via a recognized secure gateway in compliance with industry security standards.

11. When will my payment be processed?

Your payment method will be charged when your order ships. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.

12. How are taxes applied?

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states: Alabama; Arkansas; Arizona; California; Colorado; Connecticut; Florida; Georgia; Hawaii; Illinois; Indiana; Iowa; Kansas; Louisiana; Maine; Maryland; Massachusetts; Michigan; Minnesota; Mississippi; Missouri; Nebraska; Nevada; New Jersey; New Mexico; New York; North Carolina; Ohio; Oklahoma; Pennsylvania; Rhode Island; South Carolina; Tennessee; Texas; Utah; Virginia; Washington; Washington, D.C.; West Virginia; and Wisconsin.

13. How will my order be packaged?

Every order is prepared with the utmost care and delivered in Nallio signature packaging.

14. How can I track my Nallio order?

You will receive emails informing you of the status of your order.

For home delivery orders, a tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If you have a nallio.com account, you can view the status of your order by clicking on the profile icon and then “Orders.”

15. How do I cancel my nallio.com order?

Unfortunately, once your nallio.com order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. In order to receive a full refund, start a return online. 

16. When will my Nallio order ship?

We understand your excitement to receive your Nallio nails. We strive to ship all orders promptly. Standard orders are shipped within 48-72 business hours. Please be aware that orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Thank you for your patience and anticipation.

17. How do we ship?
All orders are shipped by USPS. We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:

STANDARD: 3-5 Business Day Transit Time
PRIORITY: 2-3 Business Day Transit Time

Estimated shipping timeframes begin once orders ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. Timeframes above are only estimates. To verify if package will arrive within a certain timeframe please contact us at support@shopnail.io.

18. What is your return policy?
Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that due to hygiene concerns and to maintain product integrity, all sales are final. We are unable to provide exchanges or refunds except in cases of quality issues. If the item arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of the delivery date at support@shopnail.io. Please note, we cannot accept items returned to us without prior approval.

19. Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, a cancellation request is possible. Please contact us at support@shopnail.io. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately cancelling your order would not be an option.
